Kayalpatnam's yet another traditional dish "Ahani Kari" which is originated from Mughals, can be prepared without tomatoes and regular spices! still its tastes great! this can be go well with Ghee rice, White rice and chapati, parotta idiyappam as well as naan. Ingredients: Mutton-1kg Curd-200ml or 4tbsp Ghee-100ml Coconut oil -50ml Onion-1 - 1/2 Green chilly-10to 12 Coriander-1/2cup Mint-3/4cup Pandan leaves (Ramba ilai)-4-5-inches Ginger garlic paste-2tbsn Cinnamon-1stick Cardamom-6-7 Cloves-7 Salt-to taste Badam-25 Cashew-10-12 Pista-10 Coconut-50gm(3tbsn)
